Rev. Jon A Hooper is the United States Representative for Prophetic Vision USA.
He is a man of God with many diverse talents and interests. He preaches and teaches the Word of God from a perspective that will touch your heart and reveal the Kingdom of Jesus Christ in you for these last days.
As a young man, Rev. Hooper was delivered from the forces of Hell that held him captive to a lifestyle of sin. In September 1977, he was set free after years of drugs, death, divorce, and destruction. He found himself in a bottomless pit. From this appearance of death, the Living Word in a Gideon Bible set Rev. Hooper free. The scripture, Mark 5:7 was spoken by the mad man from Gadera. The Gadareen asked, “What have I to do with thee, Jesus, thou son of the most high God?” When a helpless Jon Hooper asked that same question, our Living Lord Jesus Christ immediately set him free from a life of devastating sin. Out of this personal victory, Rev. Hooper entered a ministry life totally dedicated to see the Kingdom of God in men and women around the world.
Rev. Hooper is also an associate pastor and a technical supervisor for Gary Whetstone Worldwide Ministries located in New Castle, Delaware. His responsibilities include technical oversight of the Television, Radio, Audio, and Internet departments. He is a teacher in the Gary Whetstone School of Biblical Studies and School of Ministry. Rev. Hooper also helps with pastoral and counseling functions for Victory Christian Fellowship and is coordinating the activities of several other church and ministry departments.
Jon is an ordained minister with the Lester Sumrall Evangelistic Association, Gary Whetstone Worldwide Ministries and a member of the Gideon’s International.

The Hooper’s also helped start a Turkish fellowship of believers in Izmir, that has received government recognition, one of the first Christian fellowships of believers to be started in Turkey in hundreds of years. Rev. Hooper supervised satellite and TV operations at a Turkish/American base on the Black Sea.

Hooper also acted, as Dr. Sumrall’s assistant when he traveled outside the United States. During his last two- (2) years with Feed the Hungry, Rev. Hooper was asked to produce twelve (12) key one-hour video messages for the LeSea Television Network and LeSea Publications. These included the video specials “Garden of the Gods”, “The Pervasive Cause”, Who was at the Cross”, and “Conspiracy in the Palace.” Jon also acted as an occasional host for the TV programs “LeSea Alive ” and “World Harvest”.
In 1996, Rev. Hooper and his wife Billie were asked by the UCB/TV4 Christian Television Network in New Zealand to help launch its first Christian Television Programming effort. Rev.
